Goals for 2024

It is officially 2024, so I want to summarise my plans, goals and habits I want to build this year.
Short term
- Get back into a consistent workout routine
- Completely give up energy drinks and coffee-to-go, cut down on softdrinks
- Continue reading daily
- Build up a daily meditation habit
- Use my phone a lot less, have a more minimal setup on it
Long term
- Fix my sleeping schedule and be consistent with going to bed earlier
- Find a flat and move out
